Mission Restore wishes to announce the signing of an MoU with Sengerema Designated District Hospital (SDDH) in January 2019, collaborating in the provision of high quality reconstructive surgical training to surgeons in Mwanza, Tanzania. Sengerema Hospital is a non-governmental organization incorporated under the Diocese of Geita, with a mandate to deliver compassionate care to the sick, imitating Christ The Healer. The SDDH’s mission is to offer quality health services to all people regardless of gender ideology and socioeconomic status. It is also a teaching hospital in a Christian atmosphere guided by the teachings of the Catholic Church and the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare. Mission Restore held it first surgical training trip at Sengerema Designated District Hospital in March 2019.
